This is a quiet place for shared experience. Each note reflects what’s showing up for me in this season of life; the physical shifts, the emotional undercurrents, the small things that feel louder in midlife, and the questions that come with them.

Sometimes it’s something obvious, like sleep or skin or energy. Sometimes it’s less tangible; confidence, restlessness, or the sense that something is changing even if you can’t quite name it yet.

I share what I’m noticing, what I’m navigating, and the small things I’m trying as I move through it; not as advice, just as lived experience.

I’m a midlife woman navigating menopause in real time, with a background in holistic health and menopause coaching. I tend to notice patterns, ask a lot of questions, and try things thoughtfully before sharing them.
